Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026. This policy covers elehporaleh.com and its contests, run by Eleh Poraleh.
What we collect
- Day One Crew signups: the email address you enter.
- Contests: the magic sentence issued to your browser, the public Instagram username and comment text of comments posted on the contest post, the PIN guesses you submit, and your IP address (to stop abuse).
- Winners: the name, email, Instagram handle and optional phone number you give us to deliver a prize.
- Site visits: anonymous visit statistics (page, where you came from, country, device type). We use no cookies and no outside trackers. Visitors are counted with a code that changes every day, so we can't recognize you from one day to the next. Kept for up to about a year.
How we use it
Only to run the contests, deliver prizes, stop cheating and spam, and let Day One Crew members know about new content and contests. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Instagram data
Our contest tool reads comments on Eleh Poraleh's own Instagram posts through Meta's official Instagram API, to match the magic sentences players comment. We only read comments on our own contest posts. We don't access your account, followers or messages.
How long we keep it
Contest data is kept until the contest ends and the prize is delivered, then deleted within 90 days, except what we must keep by law. Day One Crew emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Deleting your data
To have your data deleted, send a request with the form below (or on this page's contact form) with your Instagram handle or email. We'll delete it within 30 days.
